CREDIT goes to the USM PHYSIOTHERAPISTS!

My physiotherapist, En. Latif, was there in MASUM at UPM with us the USM athletes! :-) Of course, Kak Rozi, Kak Pah and another Kak (all are physiotherapists) were there also to treat us. I do not know what to say but I just want to express my greatest gratitude to them!

They woke up so early in the morning to follow the USM teams to our competition locations and helped us with the treatment including massaging, ultrasound, tens, taping etc.

At night, they treated us till late night, and again, they need to wake up early in the next morning.

Ya, they are one of the important keys of USM's success in MASUM.
With their helps, we could PERFORM; with their helps, we gained our MEDALS!

Lots of THANKS to the USM PHYSIOTHERAPISTS!

Surgery of my left ankle

Woo... After few days of working, weeks of centralized training at Penang and days of competition for masum, I  can finally rest for a little while. My rest could be longer as my ankle operation is postponed, again. My doctor is inviting another doctor from Kuantan for the operation. Wow!! Such a big deal, huh?

This is the first time in my life where I have to be "dissected". I have no idea at all on what is gonna happen during and after the surgery. Will it be painful? Will it look scary? How long will I take to go back to my sport? Will there be any side effect or complication after surgery?

Nevertheless, Matthew 6:34, New International Version (NIV) states that "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

Yes! I know that I am going to be fearful, worry etc., but I know that God will walk with me and comfort me for all times to come, as I am His precious child. Thank you Lord! I love You!

Please pray for me a successful operation, my dear friends! Prayer is powerful! Thank you, friends!

Lesson learned from Sunday service (29.05.2011)

The earth, the people in the world are sick.
The nuclear leakage, burning of rubbish, flowing of wastage into the river and sea etc.
The increased number of crime scenes; acid-attack, rape case, wars between countries, eating placenta and new born, using wooden chopsticks to make flatten noodle (keow teow in cantonese), earning money through the poisonous milk powder for the young etc.

There is no physical medicine could really help in curing all these sickness, i guess.
Nevertheless, there are still medicines for them, good medicines some more!
Those are:
1. Patience
2. Happiness
3. Forgiveness
4. Love

It is easy to mention those values anywhere but it is not easy to be done!
How could I be patient with a person who nagged me a lot for something negative when he/she is doing it?
How could I be happy when I am given harsh word by someone I do care?
How could I forgive a person who has hurt me deeply and cheated me, and in turn broken my heart?
How could I love someone who is opposing me?

Yes, most of would think that it is insane to become as such, I guess.
Nevertheless, Jesus, did it. It was proven in the Bible.
He came to the world He created yet he was (is) being rejected.
We human treated (are treating) Him like an enemy.
The most painful event was putting Him who is sinless on the cross.
Yet, He is so great and kind that He forgave them (us), is being patient with them (us), happily, as He loves us very much!

How much it cost to see my sin upon that cross? He requests nothing much from us but just to Love Him and Love our neighbors as we love ourselves.
We, then, must follow His steps towards our heavenly Father, due to Love.
It is definitely going to be hard, but we can always pray for the filling of Holy Spirit to guide us and lead us, as the Bible says.

Therefore, friends, let's start and/or continue to be patient, be happy, be forgiving, and be loving, together with God! I am sure that the world, as well as the residents of it, will become nicer.

May God be with you all! :-)

Tan Yee Lin - Please be aware of this

On the way to Penang today, the bus by which I was traveling was stopped once at the Ipoh bus station to drop off some passengers.

I then quickly went down to search for a toilet for urination, without caring about other things much.

After settling my small business, of course, I wanted to get on the bus.
At that moment only I realized that I did not remember anything about the bus; the outlook, the plat number etc.
I started searching for the bus. I went on many buses (the wrong bus, obviously) but I came down from it not even after 5 seconds.
Then, I saw a bus was stopped there. The bus door was closed and no one was inside. I actually thought that it was the bus I traveled on.
I waited there and the uncle besides me started to question me lots of things. He was speechless when I told him that I have left my ticket in the bus with the luggage.
Through his experience, he said that the bus was stopped for so long already and shouldn't be the bus I was looking for.

After that, I continued to search around the terminal.
Guess what?! I saw Ikhlas!! He saw me and asked what was happening. A workers there finally told me that the bus was just behind me and it was going off soon.

Really, by God's grace, I got on to the bus and I text Ikhlas regarding this.
We both also think that it was so funny but it was scary, too.
What if I really missed the bus? I have no idea at all.
Thank You, my dear Lord!
You indeed help me through! I love You!
